Patronage over Warsaw Latin Convention
Branding Polska has become an Honorary Patron of the 3rd edition of Warsaw Latin Convention. Its aim is to promote and create new opportunities for partnership between Poland and Latin America – with a special focus on legal, economic and academic relations. Warsaw Latin Convention is run by students and academic staff at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw.
An integral part of Warsaw Latin Convention is a short-term exchange programme between the students from Polish and Latin American universities. The main idea behind it is to provide a platform for expert discussion on economic and legal systems in Poland and Latin American countries. During the 3rd edition of Warsaw Latin Convention, an exchange with Chilean partners is planned.
In addition to the aforementioned exchange programme encompassing various workshops and meetings, Warsaw Latin Convention is also a host of conferences that cover key topics related to the project's mission. The "Doing Business in Chile" and "Trans-Pacific Partnership Conference" may serve just as a few examples of academic events hosted in the previous years.
A new activity taken during the 3rd edition of Warsaw Latin Convention is an active participation in the "Polish Roots" project. Its basic premise is to help young people with Polish roots living in Argentina come to Poland to gain an insight into their ancestors' country. The integration meetings will be held in three Polish cities: Kraków, Poznań, and Warsaw at the end of this project.
"We believe that Warsaw Latin Convention will become, in the future, the leading platform for building and strengthening the current cooperation between partners from Poland and Latin America, both institutional, scientific and economic," convince the organisers of this cross-national project. Branding Polska has been pleased to join Warsaw Latin Convention for the second time.
